Infusion system for infusion solutions, with drum-type flow regulator "NORMA"
Purpose:
For administering infusion solutions and blood substitutes with a flow regulator. The infusion system with an extremely precise drum-type flow regulator allows precise regulation of the flow rate and infusion of solutions into the patient's circulatory system with an adjustable (defined) infusion rate.
Technical specifications:
1. The length of the pipe must not be less than 1500 mm; the diameter must not be less than 3.5 mm;
2. it is made of polyvinyl chloride;
3. The air duct, consisting of a metal needle and an air filter, is made of metal and polypropylene;
4. Filter to prevent the penetration of unwanted particles;
5. Drip chamber with filter provides visually controlled filling;
6. Connection type: Luer Slip or Luer Lock;
7. A metal atraumatic injection needle with a triangular blade, coated with silicone for ease of insertion, with a size of at least 0.8*38 mm (available with and without a needle);
8. There is a roller regulator for the flow rate;
9. A drum-type speed regulator made of medical polyethylene is used for more precise speed regulation, it has two scales:
- 0 to 250 ml/h for solutions with low viscosity (0.9% NaCL, 5% glucose and others);
- 0 to 200 ml/h for high viscosity solutions (20% glucose);
10. elastic adapter between the tube and the injection needle for additional introduction of the drug;
11. Shelf life 3 years from the date of manufacture, as indicated on the packaging;
12. Sterile, non-pyrogenic and non-toxic;
13. Individual packaging.
Instructions for use:
1. open the individual package, close the flow regulators, remove the protective cap from the needle, insert the needle into the cap of the infusion solution bottle;
2. Wait until the infusion solution fills 2/3 of the volume of the drip reservoir. 3;
3. open the flow regulators and release the air from the flexible pipe, the system is now ready for use;
4. Adjust the required infusion rate as needed;
5. The rotary knob has 2 adjustment scales so that the system can handle low and high viscosity solutions. The rate of infusion is adjusted by turning the sliding part of the drum;
6. After use, dispose of in accordance with regulatory requirements.
